What do our clients think?
Rebecca G.
My family is currently using this service for our elder relative.
…
My relative was initially a difficult case, having moderate dementia but fiercely independent and very resistant to having 24 hour caregivers.
…
She recently had a minor stroke and the caregivers have been amazing now that the family member has come home.
They have been giving her massages, helping her to the bathroom and help ease her anxiety.
I cried from happiness when I saw how well they were/are caring for her.
I walked in her room one early evening and I saw the TV playing relaxing music, the light was set to a warm glow, my relative had her eyes closed and the caregiver was stroking her hair with her hairbrush and she looked so relaxed.
Thank you Jessica and her kind team for how they have cared for my relative.

We were from out of town helping out family that had to be admitted to the hospital and needed some in home caregiver services for our Alzheimer relative.
Jessica responded after 8pm and worked with me via phone and email to provide assistance the following day.
She checked in on us and even with an extended need for caregiving during Memorial weekend, she came through with flying colors.
She was recommended by another in home caregiving services, that had no opening and even though they are competitors, the gentleman at the first place highly recommended Elegant Legacy Home Care and said Jessica was a wonderful human being.
…
If you are in need of this service, Jessica sends out some amazing people to your home.
…
Her prices were reasonable and her customer care was beyond our expectations.

What to expect
Finding the right home care services can be stressful, especially if you need them last minute. Here’s exactly what to expect with Elegant Legacy Home Care:
Who We Are
Owned and operated by a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist, and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist
We start by providing a complementary risk-free home safety assessment.
We’ll identify potential fall risk triggers, provide assistive equipment recommendations, assess the strength and range of motion of the senior, and provide suggestions on how to make everyday tasks easier (such as optimal positioning, access to items, etc),.
We’ll also implement a therapeutic home exercise program (as appropriate) to maintain joint strength and mobility, and more.
We customize the plan of care so that the caregiver understands how to assist the senior in completing everyday tasks, emphasizing partnership over learned dependence.
Our owner checks in monthly to ensure the plan of care is followed and check in if the client or family has any questions regarding our services.
